Welding QA/QC hold-point sign-off
A supervisor uploads the shop drawings and a project is created from them: every drawing that holds witness points comes back with a sign-off record and its own unique QR code stamped on. He hands the stamped set to the bay, a fabricator scans the code on the drawing in his hand and signs the witness point on completion — no login, no account, ever — and the supervisor watches it land live.
